High-speed gas-flame spraying (HVOF/HVAF) installation Plakart HV-2

article: 723657

The high-speed flame spraying unit is HV-2 designed to apply a large range of functional coatings, including tungsten carbide. The principle of operation is similar to the operation of a liquid jet engine, which ensures the speed of sprayed particles up to several speeds of sound.

HV-2 is one of the most advanced spraying devices on the global market. The installation allows you to work with several modifications of burners - operating both in the kerosene-oxygen K-2 system, and with those running on acetylene or hydrogen Top Gun, Diamond Jet. Modular design and ease of assembly allow you to quickly learn and use this installation efficiently.

The installation is used as part of automated complexes, in conditions of serial production with a high load factor, easy to start and set up, requires minimal maintenance.

Automated complexes

The set includes:

  • Control cabinet.
  • Powder feeder PF 2/2.
  • Refrigerator SK-72.
  • Water Box switching unit.
  • Burner K-2.
