Increase in wear resistance at repair of hydraulic rods

Using high-speed flame spraying carbide coatings, we apply and repair worn chrome coatings of hydraulic rods. We supply environmentally friendly gas-flame spraying equipment to replace the carcinogenic processes of solid galvanic chrome plating. Carbide tungsten carbide coatings and / or chromium have a higher hardness and adhesion to the surface of the rod, than electroplating chromium. Due to this, carbide coatings do not just restore the performance of chrome-plated rods - they provide higher performance than electroplating. This is confirmed by the standards of organizations such as the US Department of Defense, Caterpillar, Boeing, etc.
