Decision: Replacement of galvanic chrome by a wear-resistant coating of Plakart-0.08, Plakart-01.6 put with the HVOF method.

Problem: An initial coating – galvanic chrome. As a result of influence of the liquid abrasive environment, drilling mud of various aggression, subfilm corrosion, peeling, wear as a result of influence of sign-variable loadings appeared.

Equipment: The rod, is applied as a part of the hydraulic shock mechanism.

Operating conditions of a detail: Hydroabrasive environment, drilling mud.
