Hardness up to 72 HRC and porosity less than 1%. At wear of the working surface more than 0,5 mm the technology of restoration of the size of a detail with the subsequent drawing of a wear-resistant carbide covering of standard thickness is fulfilled.

The result: an increase in the operating time of the part under the conditions of circulation of salt-containing and acidic washing liquid to 1500-2000 hours. Multiple Maintainability of the applied coating with a maximum understatement of the working diameter up to 2.0 mm.
