Corrosion protection of internal surfaces of oil refining units by means of insulating metal coatings

Installation of oil refining, desulphurization absorbers exposed to chloride and hydrogen sulphide corrosion in the refining process, and during steaming, and repair. Developed, patented and sprayed by JSC "Plakart" metal protective coatings have proven to be a reliable means of long-term protection of the internal surfaces of vessels under oil refining pressure from corrosion wear.
Gas-thermal spraying of metal allows you to evenly protect the selected corrosion-resistant alloy base metal, welds, fittings, taps, plates of pressure vessels. In coordination with the Supervisors we covering anti-corrosion metal coating on the devices of oil refining and desulfurization, since 2002. There is a positive experience of application at oil refineries Rosneft, Gazpromneft, LUKOIL, Tatneft and Gazprom.
We cooperate with design organizations in the development of projects of construction, reconstruction and repair of oil refineries. Our specialists, equipped with mobile robotic equipment, apply coatings on the site of production, installation and operation of oil refining plants. The entire cycle of work, from the installation of spraying equipment inside the column to the final quality control, is laid, depending on the size and complexity of the installation, in the period from two to four weeks.
