Protection against corrosion of a zone of variable wettability of the oil-extracting platform

Lacquer coating does not provide reliable and durable protection against corrosion and wear in the marine environment. The combined coating SPRAMET-300 on the basis of zinc-aluminum guarantees protection against the appearance of traces of corrosion for more than 20 years. The economic effect of the coating will be several tens of millions of rubles, since the annual work on updating the paintwork when a block or platform is in the sea water of the road is inefficient.
The SPRAMET-300 coating consists of a zinc-aluminum matrix obtained by the method of gas-thermal spraying. The metal matrix is treated with a special impregnating composition. The resulting coating is painted in the appropriate colors with colors approved in the project. SPRAMET-300 exceeds specialized paint coatings by 3-5 times in wear resistance and increases the corrosion durability up to 20-50 years. The coating can increase the operational reliability of such structures as OIFP hulls, deck superstructures, mast devices, helicopter platforms, etc.
