The plasma-powder spraying plant is R-1000 designed to apply wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, heat-protective, sealing, antifriction and other coatings that give the products new properties and increase their life. A large selection of proven sputtering technologies in this plant allows you to obtain well-repeated coatings of high quality.

The plant uses argon and hydrogen as the plasma-forming gas. If necessary, various gas mixtures, nitrogen, helium (optional), etc. can be used as plasma-forming compounds.

  • VIP 6000 control panel
  • PLC control cabinet;
  • gas preparation cabinet;
  • Jam Box switching unit;
  • RRS current source 2012;
  • powder feeder PF 2/2;
  • SK 32 refrigerator;
  • F-4 plasmatron (and/or F-1, F-2, 11MV, SG-100, optional).
